I have heard you can’t lure on otter with any type of consistency – what a load of crap.  The truth is most guys don’t test a lure long enough to see what works and what doesn’t If they figure out what calls to otter, they can’t make the max profit you can with ground fish and some type of oil.  Two ingredients in OTTER CALL are not cheap and easy to get, but I use them because they work.  I could not go out and take 9 otter in a day or 51 otter in 20 days without OTTER CALL. (also good for mink).
